Application Operations - Credit Card

1. Maintain the health of the application, helpdesk support and application support
2. Maintain application SLAs of system availability to business unit
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
4. Supervise and operate CreditCard system (Way4 system)
5. Support to analyze / deploy projects and requests for changes on the credit card from users
6. Export report data as required from business units
7. Receive, analyze, handle service requests, notify the incident of consumer finance system from users
8. Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical Teams as required
9. Write and maintain technical documentation for operation
10. Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions
11. Support to handle EOD errors of credit card
12. Work closely with Infrastructure Teams to assist in application,build the continuous system and high availability

1. At least 3 years of experience in Application Operation or Software Deployment (Outsource company);
2. Extensive experience in financial domain is plus: Way4 system : Card Management System, Authorization System, Visa Interface
3. Hardware and software knowledge, Linux experience
4. Experience in using query language (SQL) , writing PL/SQL language and oracle report
5. Experience in Java language
6. Understanding PCI/DSS requirements
7. Understanding card security and emv technology
8. Problem-solving and good analytical skills
9. Communication, teamwork and negotiation skills
10. Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design
11. The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
12. A willingness to keep up to date with developments in new technology
