Application Operations - Consumer Finance

1. Maintain the health of the application, helpdesk support and application support
2. Maintain application SLAs of system availability to business unit
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
4. Supervise and operate Consumer Finance system ( Finnacle system)
5. Support to analyze / deploy projects and requests for changes on the consumer finance from users
6. Export report data as required from business units
7. Receive, analyze, handle service requests, notify the incident of consumer finance system from users
8. Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical Teams as required
9. Write and maintain technical documentation for operation
10. Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions
11. Support to handle EOD errors of consumer finance
12. Work closely with Infrustructure Teams to assist in application,build the continous system and high availiabity

1. At least 3 years of experience in Application Operation or Software Deployment (Outsource company);
2. Extensive experience in financial domain is plus: Finacle system : Loan Origination System, Loan Magement System, Colllection and Enterprise Content Management
3. Hardware and software knowledge, Linux experience, Webphere and Jboss
4. Experience in using query language (SQL) and writing PL/SQL language
5. Experience in Java language
6. Problem-solving and good analytical skills
7. Communication, teamwork and negotiation skills
8. Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design
9. The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
10. A willingness to keep up to date with developments in new technology
