Apparel Technical Quality Assurance

• Control and evaluate the quality of samples to meet Buyer’s requirement, standard and details
• Handle sample evaluation and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship and fitting (dummy and life model), on fit samples and size set samples
• Provide technical support during sample process; from technical sketch up to final approval for bulk presentative
• Communicate with customers and vendors during sample process to achieve best possible quality and fitting and give solutions for fitting problems
• Communication with merchandising and QC teams for better support

• Female
• Diploma/Graduate of a Technical Institute on garment construction or pattern making
• At least 3 years of experience
• Good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong experience in pattern construction and pattern adjustment
• Experience with fitting on dummies and life models
• Min. 6 years’ experience as sampling in buying house and knowledge of manufacturing process in garment field
• Vast knowledge of Woven/Circular Knit/Flat knit regarding construction, workmanship, measurements and fitting; preferably with fashion garment style
• Team working
• Able to make decisions related to all technical issues for sample process and fitting
