To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are looking for a highly motivated Apparel Specialist for our Supply Chain team:
- Position : APPAREL SPECIALIST
- Division : Sale Support Department _ Supply Chain Team
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang Boulevard, District 7, Ho Chi Minh
- Working time : 7h00 Am – 4h00 Pm, Monday – Friday
1. Role description
This position will work to forge relationships with Garment, Textile manufacturer, supplier, partners in Vietnam and South East Asia Countries to encourage joint production and development for TPF' s garment products:
- Identify value chain gaps in the textiles and apparel sector of Vietnam compare to China and others areas;
- Work with the Garment, Textile manufacturer in Vietnam to develop new product according to received brief, request from Company;
- Develop and manage the supplier database in Garment, Textile area including supplier profile, production capacity, product portfolio …
- Work with the supplier, manufacturer to monitor the quotation system, production plan, production schedule to meet the timeline of Garment, Textile orders from TPF Group;
- Leverage, study new technologies to improve regional sourcing and promote market linkages in textiles and apparel;

2. Skill and Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in cotton, textiles and apparel sector in Vietnam;
- Have deep knowledge in Garment, textile _fabrics and printing technique;
- Have good interpersonal, relationship management and negotiation skill
- Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a “hungry to learn” mindset
