Apparel QA For Hanoi

We are recruiting Apparel QA working mainly at Nam Dinh/ travel to Thai Binh - Bac Ninh - Hai Duong:

- Establish quality and reliability standards by studying products and consumer requirements.
- Establish raw material standards.
- Establish in-process product inspection standards, study manufacturing methods; plan testing methods and procedures.
- Establish product quality documentation system.
- Maintain product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government requirements; collaborate with other members of management to develop new products, engineering designs, manufacturing and training methods.
- Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results.

- Experience in apparel development or apparel quality for more than 3 years.
- Communicative, integrative and independent.
- Experience in international business environment.
- Good English language skills spoken and written.
- Affinity for apparel quality & MS office programs.
- Flexible to travelling and willing to go for business.
