APO Supply Planning Expert

GENERAL JOB SCOPE:

• APO Supply Planning Expert leads and supports the ongoing performance of the Supply Planning function by ensuring that the key supply planning processes are suitably designed and implemented, that the enabling supply planning systems are implemented and managed, and that people in the planning hub have the knowledge and skills to be successful.
• This lead role is meant to demonstrate "mastery" of both supply planning function as well as enablement via SAP.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides governance to ensures that end to end process model is reflected in the system design, and management the regional planning hub in the IT portfolio management process.
• Provides APO planning expertise to the hub on Demand, Supply Planning and Replenishment, including sub processes such as inter-regional flows, and owns the process model for these within the region. Maintains the APO training library for demand and supply planning, ensuring ongoing training programs are in place to bring onboard new starters and refresh existing users
• Ensures system and process support is maintained in order to maintain the optimal planning solution and results, including governance of advanced processes such as the Optimizer DMS to maintain the health off the supply chain.
• Support cluster supply planning teams in terms of governing SAP APO transitions during warehouse transitions and supply network optimizations projects.
• Support cluster supply planning teams in terms of setting up the new SKU launch setups in APO and subcontracting configurations setups in APO.
• Governance of APO adoption at country levels, tracking adherence against the Mondelēz standard processes.
• Represent AMEA region in global projects and cross region network teams for enabling best in class planning practices.
• Working with MDLZ ITS team to govern background job schedules and resolution of priority tickets raised by business
• Will be a part off central resource team and step in to BU to support planning resource gaps as s short term business role

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• 8-10 years of work experience
• 6-8 years of Supply Chain planning experience
• 4-6 years of CPG experience preferred
• 4+ years of combined SAP APO and SAP ECC functional and technical expertise - specifically, OTC and PP
experience in ECC
• 4 full scale SAP APO implementation experience
• Strong communication skills
• Project Management
