Mô tả công việc
This is an exciting and visible role in Datalogic group. Based in HoChiMinh, the Apac Tax Manager is to manage all tax matters for Vietnam and Other countries in Apac and China regions in Datalogic group. The person will report to Vietnam Finance Manager but with correspondences directly with Apac CFO and Global Tax Director.
Role and responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax packages
• Support Quarterly and Yearly all types of tax returns
• Handle all transfer pricing transactions and documentations with Related Parties and Consultants
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns within Apac and China regions
• Identify and mitigate tax risks
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
• Manage and coordinate tax audits
• Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
• Be the connection with Group Tax Director, RCFO and Finance Head of Other countries in APAC & China Regions
• Be one of the thought leaders, deliver analytics and recommendations to senior management
• This is an individual contributor role
• The person is expected to be trained in Bologna Italy for induction and expected to travel to Bologna (Italy) at least once a year

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications:
• Relevant University degree
• Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant preferred
Experience:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
• Experience of Transfer Pricing Documentation is mandatory
• Good Experience of Vietnam Tax and any experience of China Tax or other Countries in APAC and
China regions
• Experience of business partnering preferred
Competencies
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• High level of competence in priority setting, time management and organizational skills
• Solving problems, Analytical skills with detail orientation
• Proficient in Excel, Knowledge of tax software
• Self-motivated, driven and proactive
