**JOB SUMMARY:
• Improve HR services across the APAC Region in the areas of Learning and Development, Communication, Employee Relations, Engagement, HRIS, Organization, and regional reporting/consolidation.
• Work together with the HR Business partners in the Region and the global Corporate HR Team to implement programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening Datalogic talent development and engagement and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Support Vietnam HR operations to ensure alignment and compliance.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning & Development
• Coordinate, jointly with the local HRBPs, the design and update of Functional Learning paths for the Region
• implement the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of training and development programs for company managers and employees, using a common approach across the Region, following Corporate Guidelines when available
• Develop and/or approve content, methods, and materials for training staff and conduct courses. Develop methods for evaluation of program effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver programs, such as new employee orientation, performance management, succession planning and/or organizational development training.
• Assess and implement organizational development programs, processes and training initiatives to support organizational strategies and changes.
• Implement performance management, succession planning, career management plan using a common approach across the Region, following Corporate Guidelines when available
• Coach young talents
HRIS, Organization, Regional Reporting/Consolidation
• Work with local HRBPs to ensure that HRIS SAP, Success Factors, Concur, HC reporting, Organization Charts are created, updated and correct.
• Coordinate, consolidate and review regional reporting requirements and reports for accuracy and submission.
• Act as APAC HR super user and administrator for HRIS SAP and Concur systems.
Communication & Employee Engagement
• Develop and implement strategies and programs to communicate the company’s business objectives, culture and values to its employees for the Region, following Corporate Guidelines
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic internal communications for the Region, following Corporate Guidelines
• Provide guidance/coordination to management and HRBPs regarding corporate announcements for the Region, following Corporate Guidelines
• Coordinate engagement and HRBP survey and others for the Region, following Corporate guidelines
• Coordinate analysis, proposal and implementation of initiatives to make DL APAC a “Great Place To Work”
• Act as a bridge between Local HRBP’s and Corporate for all corporate initiatives
Vietnam HR Operations
• Review and align local HR policies and programmes to ensure compliance with local labour laws and Corporate guidelines
• Lead the local engagement, communication and training and development efforts.
• Act as the local HRIS SAP administrator
• Support union meetings and activities
This position reports directly to the Regional HR Director, APAC

EDUCATION (school/specialization): University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Humanity, English or other related disciplines
LANGUAGES: Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
OTHER LANGUAGES: Nice to have
EXPERIENCES:
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in HR
• Experience in learning and development
• Have used SAP HR systems
SPECIFIC KNWOLEDGE and INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: Strong MS Office skills and ideally experience in SAP HR systems.
OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to engage and build networks abilities
• Ability to work with a team, attention to details, flexibility and creativity, proactivity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of networking, and public speaking
• Energetic and resilient with proven influencing skills, be able to understand and meet the needs of stake holders
• Passionate and strong drive to succeed
• Willingness to travel (10%)
