Responsible to: Line Manager
Duties:
• Monitor accounts payable, P&L expense, BS of Canon Marketing Vietnam (CMV). Ensure to record accounting data as assigned timely and accuracy, submission accounting report, cash report daily, EITF, cash flow report
• Upload data from RAMBO to MKS, check and reconcile between RAMBO and MKS
• AP reconciliation with CSPL. Issue Debit note, Record Credit note to/from CSPL. AP contra report to CSPL monthly. Record Credit note to/from CSPL
• Review report which extracts data from RAMBO
• Review MKS data for month-end closing. Reconcile between MKS and CPMS report
• Monitor accounts payable, accrual and prepare payment by bank for CMV HCM
• Control / Monitor check document ( relating to own work) with VAS, Tax law and company policy.
• Recognize payroll, FX revaluation, Cost accrual/allocation for CMV HCM
• Deal with outside : Banks, Statistic Dept, Auditors, Suppliers. Consultant
• Assist in any other ad hoc projects. Assist Accounting Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- At least 5 years working experience in related to General Accountant position.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- High responsibility, carefulness and honesty.
