Mô tả công việc

Accounting:
+ Verify cogs of service daily/monthly
+ GL manual posting: Opex, provision / accrual . . .
+ Fixed assets monitoring, prepaid
+ Monthly accounts review
+ Monitor Advance, daily payment request, deposit, prepayment
+ AP report: Weekly/Monthly AP report, AP accrual review
+ Weekly payment schedule
+ Control and support AP member

Taxation
+ Support prepare monthly VAT report.
+ Other tax report: withholding tax

Assistant to Finance Manager
+ Coordinate with other departments.
+ Other management report.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- At least 5 year experience as Senior AP Accountant/Team leader, experienced in a logistics company is an advance.
- Proficiency in computer skills and accounting software (SAP is an advance)
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and work well under pressure.
- Good commands of English
- Experience in foreign company is Advantage, especially in logistics field
