Mô tả công việc
• Review and verify invoices and check requests for appropriate documentation.
• E-invoices from Vendor must be saved
• Book/post all AP transactions to ledgers and other records in SAP software system
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments in SAP/HSBC
• Monitor accounts to ensure the posting with right GL.
• Debt confirmation
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree
• Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures
• Good teamwork skill
• Honest, accurate, careful, professional attitude
• Organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• SAP experience is a plus
• Ability to speak and write English
• Proficient in Excel and Word

Salary: negotiable
