We are looking for an Anti-Fraud Analyst to join our team in HCMC, Vietnam!
The Anti-Fraud Analyst contributes to GeoGuard’s success by researching suspicious and potentially malicious software that may negatively impact the business and customer’s business. This position will report directly to the Risk Analyst Lead on a day-to-day basis.
Our ideal candidate has experience in systems used in professional software development such as JIRA. You are able to, and enjoy, working across multiple teams across locations, have good communication and interpersonal skills. You have proven your ability to work under tight timelines in your previous work experience, and are highly organized and detail-oriented.
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include (but not limited to):
• Assist in the maintenance of a database containing suspicious and potentially malicious software programs which can have a negative impact on GeoGuard’s business. This will involve testing RDP, VPN, Fake Location Apps, Rooted Apps and preparing deployment packages
• Research new threats in the form of technologies and software programs
• Maintain and improve both manual and automation processes
• Accurately report hours spent on tasks in Jira
• Commit to agreed deadlines
• Follow best practices and processes established in the team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Good command in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets and other similar programs
• Experience with anti-fraud processes is an asset
• Experience with SQL is an asset
• Results-orientated with the ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
