Mô tả công việc
1. Meet and greet all guests upon arrival and departure.
2. Check all arrival rooms which has been inspected on PMS by House Keeping and ensure amenity or any special request is well prepared prior to guests’ arrival.
3. Do check-in for VIP guests, including in-room check-in.
4. Escort guests to allocated room after completing check-in procedure and explain room features as well as other venues in the resort.
5. Conduct inspection tours of all areas of the resort property upon request.
6. Coordinate with Concierge to take care Lobby area, ensure everything is in order (including tables, chairs, pillows, decorative pond ...)
7. Keep contact with all in-house guests, obtain guests’ feedback during the stay. If there is any complaint, report immediately to Front Office Manager or concerned Head of Department for urgent action. 24/24 Guest Contact via hotline required.
8. Advise guests to put their good comment about the resort on Trip Advisor, Tophotels.ru, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
9. Maintain regular contact with in-house VIPs, keep daily record of guest contact as well as their feedback or requirement (separate folder for each VIP) and report to Front Office Manager or concerned Head of Department for any special request or urgent issue.
10. Do check-in for Russian-speaking guests (applied for Russian-speaking GROs)
11. Get to know the PMS (Opera) in order to support GSEs in daily operation.
12. Ensure Guest Relation desk tidy and clean all the time.
13. Promote all resort outlets and special promotions going on to gain revenue for the Resort.
14. Daily update guests’ comments online on Resort website, Trip Advisor, Booking.com, Agoda, Tophotel.ru, etc… including translating all comments in Russian into English as well as translate the reply’s content from English into Russian if required.
15. Meet guests at Restaurants (during meal time) and other service areas in Resort to check guests’ satisfaction and get their feedback.
16. Check daily Birthday report and prepare Birthday Card accordingly. For list of departed guests who have birthday, GRO will send email to happy birthday to them.
17. Attend the meeting of Anex daily to inform the guest the update information of resort.
18. Assist with translation if required, including all requirement from other Departments.
19. Complete other tasks required by Front Office Manager or Resort Management Team.
