Analytic Supervisor

Objective:
- To ensure the credibility of SmartCredit analysis;
- To manage database officer in daily work with telesales team
- To lead and direct the team members to deliver strong support for business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. MIS and Reporting
- Track and monitor the KPIs for sales teams;
- Do periodical incentive calculation for sales teams;
- Develop a measurement system to provide proactive performance indicators for credit Cards and personal loans business operation;
- Design and produce customized MIS reporting for all credit card and personal loan;
- Track performance of campaigns (response rates, contact rates, volumes, channel efficiency), share learning’s and offer sound recommendations;
- Handle ad hoc requests for any campaign-related MIS/reports and analysis;
- Distribute periodical reports & presentations to various relevant distribution lists;
Compile and consolidate presentations from different sources when needed.

2. Database Generation:
- Extract databases/lists based on defined campaign selection criteria;
- Manage overall execution of campaigns based on agreed criteria and strategy;
- Perform studies/tests that will identify and understand customer segments (through unique patterns/behaviors) and determine offers by focusing on the needs of these customers.

3. Monthly Incentives Process:
- Ensure strict SLA of SmartCredit Sales Staff Incentives Process;
- Well maintained & documented SmartCredit Incentive related process;
- Self-audit process to be put in place for error control;
- No material findings, no surprises from Audit/QA check.
