Mô tả công việc
• Study operating plans, process flow, and resources utilization to determine the most effective way of running the operations
• Analyze root causes of service failures and discuss solutions with operations for continuous improvement
• Weekly and monthly reporting of services, performance and operation related issues
• Assist Engineering management team to plan for facility projects and ad-hoc projects, including interaction with cross-functional departments/personnels
• Perform various tasks on managing vendors that relate to Engineering Services
Reporting To: Manager - Industrial Engineering

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively within and outside of the company
• Organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, results driven and resourcefulness
• Time management to meet deadlines (with track records)
• Knowledge of automotive is a plus
