Working with Prudential as AML & ABC Specialist means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the champion to provide assurance to Prudential Corporation Asia (PCA) and PVA management on the compliance of PVA on AML & Sanctions with Group’s, PCA’s standards and local government regulations.

Accountability:
To ensure the result of AML screening activities effectively as requirements of AML local laws and regulations as well as PCA standards.

AML:
- Perform manual screening upon request.
- Review and analyse transactions to identify suspicious transactions.
- Perform customer risk assessment.
- Perform special transaction monitoring.
- Support other matters related to AML projects.

ABC:
- Monitor/Review:
- To provide oversight over Fraud and ABC related matters included but not limited to consultation, review, challenge and monitor the related risks.
- To develop more early warning indicators to prevent or detect frauds
- To develop more preventive and detective controls on fraud risk management
- Training: to provide training on fraud and ABC related matters to PVA human resources.
- Advisory: to provide consultation/advice for fraud and ABC related matters to Business Functions.
- Reporting: to prepare, maintain and update all current FC reporting
- Support Head of Financial Crimes in monitoring, developing the team as well as in other matter related to compliance and other project relevant to compliance functions as required.

Qualification:
- Mandatory: University degree
- Beneficiary: Degree in Economics/Accounting/Law is preferred.

Experiences:
- Mandatory: at least 3 year - experience in Compliance or AML and ABC
- Beneficiary: Life insurance is preferred.

Knowledge and skill set:
- Mandatory: Good problem analysis and time management; Good English writing.
- Beneficiary: Good communication, detailed oriented, proactive, hard-working and responsible.
