Alliances Project Manager - Hospital

*BRAND STRATEGY

- Translates FE CREDIT’s strategic vision and options to develop a partnership ecosystem that enables significant growth, and communicates accordingly throughout the organisation.
- Leads definition, communication and execution of the overarching global alliance and partnership strategy - referring to the sub-strategies for Software and Data Partnerships.
- Contributes to the overall Solutions strategic agenda and goals and defines the global alliances and partnerships strategy
- Guides strategic selection of partners, signs off all sub-strategies and selected partners and approves priority decisions. Monitors the competitive and changing landscape to help inform strategic alliance and partnership planning.
- Leads, manages and develops a high-performing partnerships leadership team and works very closely with the Distribution Marketing
- Department to ensure alignment and drive collaboration on target partners.
- Engages with Partner Executive groups on behalf of the FE CREDIT executive team where appropriate. Networks with prospective partners to support specialist Partnership Directors in the generation of a pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
- Leads on enterprise partnership frameworks.
- Identifies and tracks relevant metrics of success and periodically reports on status to the Marketing Center Director and Executive team.
- Approves commercial frameworks and guides the specialist partner team on selection of the best commercial model.
- Ensures partner activity and ways of working are in line with the strategic agenda and goals for this part of the business. Owns the communications on partner strategy, success and market positioning of FE CREDIT partner capability.
- Champions FE CREDIT’s future of Alliances & Partnerships (software and data) throughout the organisation and leads the evolution of FE CREDIT's Partnership capability maturity.

*PRODUCT MARKETING

- Develop product positioning and consumer-centric messaging that differentiates our products & product promotions in the market
- Support Business Development team with planning, releasing and evaluating of new product launch as well as promotional activities
- Drive product marketing initiatives in line with marketing & business strategies.
- Product differentiate strategies; supporting new products development and eventual launch, designing Customer Value Preposition
- Be the expert on customers, how they buy and their buying criteria
- Be the expert on the competitors and how to crush them
- Travel to events to oversee on-site execution and conduct site inspections

- Build award strategy to maximize our impact to investors
- Responsible to drive awards

*OTHER:
- Work closely with Digital, Creative, Marketing Service unit together with other internal depts. On developing marketing communication articles/ materials across platforms
- Any other duties assigned by CMO and management from time to time

• University Graduate – major: Business, Marketing/ Communications preferred
• Experience in brand marketing and promotions using broad marketing mix is a plus
• Min. 8 years of working experience in Brand strategy and Communication
• Min. 3 years in the same roles
• Demonstrate experience in banking and financial service is a plus
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Clear communication skill, both written and verbal
• Language requirements: English – fluent – spoken and written

- 13th month salary
- 15 - 20 days
- KPI Bonus ( 3 -7 months salary)
