Alina Vision Vietnam Optical Manager

Alina Vision is seeking a highly motivated, creative individual to support the design and management of our optical business, which is affiliated with the Alina Vision Hospital. Working in conjunction with the hospital team and Alina Vision’s global team, this is an exciting opportunity to launch and manage a business with a positive social impact.
Key activities include:
- Supporting business and financial planning efforts
- Managing all aspects of the optical shop’s day-to-day operations
- Business planning to expand the optical business beyond the shop through outreach activities and new ways of providing refraction services, delivery of eye glasses and referral for treatment
- Overseeing the business’s optical supply chain, including navigating legal-regulatory requirements to sourcing and procuring from overseas suppliers
- Leading inventory planning and management efforts
- Work across para-medical staff and dispensing technicians to ensure Alina Vision customers receive the correct prescription and excellent care
- Deeply understanding customer preferences to support the design of innovative marketing and optical distribution strategies

The most successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial, self-starter with a strong business acumen and dedication to satisfy customers with high quality care. Optical experience is a plus, but we will train a motivated individual who is excited about the work and willing to learn.
