Airport Supervisor - Da Nang, Quang Nam, Hue, Phu Yen

***POSITION PURPOSE:
Airport Supervisor is authorized, responsible and accountable to assist for ADM/DSM/SM in supervising passenger services provided by service supplier for passenger, crews in accordance with service policies, procedures, and standard, requirements of safety, security and service quality of BAV.

***DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise services those suppliers deliver to passenger, aircrafts, crews in accordance with service policies, procedures and standard, requirements of safety, security and quality of BAV.
- Provide instructions for, assist check-in agent in checking travel documents (passport, visa, resident permit…), asking security and safety question, checking safety and security of luggage, checked baggage and ticket acceptance pursuant to regulation of BAV and the other marketing carriers when providing check-in and boarding service for passenger. Ensure closing check-in counter on time.
- Update flight status, aircraft status to concerning service units to ensure effective operation of flight.
- Check reservation of passenger, make sure catering order pursuant to BAV policies, standard, requirements of quantity, safety, security, quality and inform to catering company and crews any change of catering order or special service requirement on time.
- Ensure all baggage be checked with correct to final destinations as per passenger itinerary and recognize the flight number departing from assigned airport.
- Ensure excess baggage charges be collected in accordance with BAV policies.
- Ensure manpower arrangement, equipment, facility for boarding service are ready before STD (refer PTS).
- Provide instructions for, assist check-in agent to check and ensure prohibited dangerous items to be identified and prevented uploading on cabin and cargo compartment of aircraft.
- Ensure offload baggage prior to STD if passenger do not show up at the gate. (refer PTS)
- Supervise the boarding procedure and keep often contact with airside staffs during boarding process.
- Handle irregular flights or/and INAD passenger and then report to Station Manager immediately.
1. Upon requesting of DSM/SM, carries out non-routine duty or task assigned and timely report to DSM/SM, the process and achievements.

- Airport Authorities Regulations;
- Vietnam Air Regulations;
- BAV policies and procedures: GOM, related policies and procedures of BAV

Internal relationship:
- Station Manager/Deputy Station Manager, Airport Duty Manager.
- Other departments, units of Services and Ground Operations Unit
External relationship:
- Departments, units of BAV.
- Service suppliers

****QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Essential:
- Bachelor/College graduation.
- Fresh, or preferable at least 01 years working experience in the aviation industry.

2. Desirable: SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Good communication
- Ability of team work
- Male: ≥ 168 cm height
- Female: ≥ 158 cm height

***SOFTWARE FAMIARITY REQUIREMENTS
Software name
- Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, PowerPoint
- Software of passenger survey and feedback management, DCS and SSR system
- Software of passenger statistic
- Equipment: PC, printer, telephone and fax machine.
