Mô tả công việc
o Take charge of space and procurement.
o Support the Airfreight operations relating to Air Import/ Export activities:
o Mainly liaise closely with Airlines and arrange the bookings with best rate.
o Handle shipment as per SOP, handling Instructions.
o Receive booking from customer.
o Book with Airlines.
o Send confirmed booking to customer.
o Issue HBL/HAWB.
o Have Airline issued MBL/MAWB.
o Send pre-advice to Overseas Agent.
o Arrange trucking and warehouse requirements (if request).
o Monitor and confirm Departure/ Arrival of freight.
o Enter all charges and profit shares into the system.
o Close file, pass invoices and credit memos.
o Post information on system
o Regular work with House Airway bill, Freight Cargo Receipt, Delivery Order, Manifest, Amend manifest.
o Assist supplier and customer queries.
o Arrange collections.
o Contribute to development of team.
o Assure timely billing as per company policy.
o Back up for the Airfreight Operation team in case one of them is absent from work or on leave.
o Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the National Airfreight Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College or University graduated.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of customs. Preferably knowledge of space & procurement, airfreight industry and processes.
• Familiar with and well able to be in charge of space and procurement/ Air import/ export.
• Know supplier conditions, delivery terms, Incoterms and purchasing conditions.
• Know risks and insurance terms.
• Familiar with and able to work with the company’s quality and environmental policies
• Good knowledge of computer system, both import/export and invoicing.
• Knowledge of Customs tariff.
• Good communication skills.
• Financial awareness.
• Able to manage own working time effectively.
• Knowledge of service levels expected by clients – able to deliver them.
