Job Description
For Position: Airfreight Export
- Handling airfreight export;
- Issue bill, debit.
- Controlling booking with airline;
- Following up customers and agent’s SOP
- Acknowledge using CMC software is priority.
For position: Pricing
- Receiving inquiries of transportation & logistics services from customers and agents
- Searching for good rates and services from carriers, co-loaders, airlines, truckers and other service providers
- Offering effective and efficient solutions to customers
- Participating in pricing and SOP making for new business projects and tenders
- Maintaining good relationships with current customer accounts and finding new customers
For position: Customs Clearance
- Receiving shipment’s information
- Collecting information from customer.
- Doing customs clearance on VNACCS.
- Arranging for trucking shipment.
- Studying new circular, law and update system.
For Position: Airfreight Export
