Mô tả công việc
To coordinate all Airfreight-activities related to handle imp-ex cargoes from/to Vietnam, issuance all relating documents including Booking Note, AWB, D/O, Debit Note, maintain good customer service relationship with vendors, carriers and other tasks requested by Manager.
• Prepare rate quotes
• Arrange for pickup of cargo. Making bookings with the airlines.
• Prepare all associated documentation.
• Track and update shippers and destination offices of cargo movement.
• Bill and close files.
• Work to maintain financial and operational KPI’s.
• Work closely with sales teams.
• Suggest and Implement corrective action as needed.
• Manage the report running weekly, monthly, yearly
• Ability to work overtime
• Study, follow and comply with standard policies and procedures of Company and STI Group
• Maintain high sales spirit, positive-professional working attitude and a good team player towards customers, partners, vendors and fellow colleagues
• Stay open-mind and readily carry out new duties and responsibilities assigned/required by Manager and Management at any given time to adopt new challenges of external economic situations.
