Air Operation Staff - Urgent!!!

- Receive booking/ cargo plan, control the lift on/off cargo, load/unload, security scaning, stick the lables on boxes….
- Preparing docs and submit to Airline/ customs/ warehouse. Be responsible for accurate shipping docs and follow up shipping schedule.
- Doing cargo acceptance and customs supervise at airport
- Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble. Work with inspection and Insurance agent if any.
- Report to Manager/ Director for any irregularity.
- Daily update data to system and Customers / Settlement / Cargo tracking
- Constant care is required in order to ensure all tasks are carried out timely and correctly
- Other duties assigned by Managers & Director.
- Other duties related to daily operation of forwarding/logistics.
- More details will be discussed during interview.

- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields.
- Over 2~3-year experience working at Noi bai Airport / Forwarding - Logistics company.
- Good command of English.
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Be a team player, detailed and accurate

- Have strong organizational, grammar and communication skills
