Mô tả công việc

- Handling air import shipments by sending arrival notice, in-hand document, D/O, and coordinating with local customs brokerage for customs clearance and dispatching deliveries.
- Working with airlines and ground handling agent to handle shipments.
- Ensuring smooth flow of import documentation process and data entry for each shipment.
- Assisting the day-to-day operations of the import department to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Generating debit note to agents and customers.
- Responsible for confirming credit status and sending monthly summary report.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

+ Age: 23 - 27, sex: Female
+ Graduated from College / University specializing in Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or related.
+ At least 1-2 years-experience in equivalent position.
+ Experienced person in FREIGHT FORWARDER INDUSTRY, LOGISTICS, AIR IMPORT DOCUMENTATION...
+ Good at English (Reading & Writing), basic in communication
+ Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
+ Ability to work under pressure and have good team work.
+ Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working
