Mô tả công việc
- Handle all inbound airfreight shipments under CIF, EXW, DDU, DDP term and more
- Co-ordinate with oversea offices/ Sales/ Customer to follow up Pre-alert, filing import data per SOP for nominated accounts as well as ad-hoc shipments
- Qualify Pre-alert, checking documents compliance & keep Consignee updated
- Follow up track & trace for cargo status and proactively work with carriers as well as keep Customers updated if any discrepancy, delays/ damage
- Handle import documentation included Delivery Order; Arrival notice to Consignee
- Ability to work with Supplier & mange delivery process till cargo are delivered smoothly
- Collaborate with internal & external parties to solve trouble, irregular (if any)
- Strictly follow up & compliance with IOP (Internal Operation Process) as well as internal Data system input in timely manner
- Co-operate with Finance Dept. to follow up customer’s payment
- Ability to do daily/ weekly/ monthly reports per Customer’s request
- Practice sharing with other team member as well as other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager

- Bachelor degree with experience in freight forwarding industry/ airfreight
- Proactive as well as flexibility in dealing with irregular; trouble; urgent issues
- Good at negotiation; communication and collaboration with internal & external customers
- Ability to take ownership of problem solving, high responsibility
- Able to work independently as well as teamwork, under high pressure
- Good organization & time management
- Influence in English, MS. Offices as well as familiar with system input
