Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with shipper/supplier/consignee for air export/import shipping plan, build relationship and dig out potential business with customer during working.
- Coordinate with carriers for best flight schedule, competitive price, online booking requesting, FHL/FWB filing.
- Coordinate with oversea partners for checking approval, deadline or inquiry of door deliveries, pre-alert, update shipment status…
- Coordinate with subcontractor for local logistic service
- Comply with the company regulations, follow up SOP, monitor and collaborate with team for smooth handling.
- Work on company internal system for documentation: HAWB/MAWB/Manifest/debit note/arrival notice/authorized letter…
- Work on customer system for B/L creating, tracking update.
- Manage buying/selling rate, follow up with related parties for payable/receivable procedure.
- Identify and solve trouble timely.
- Prepare internal and external reports and timely update
- Attend internal and external courses as training requirement from company. Responsible for training new staff/intern when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Procurement capability in air division respectively
- Working experience should be 2-5 years in airfreight division.
- Good knowledge of general procedures, I/E documentation and custom declaration.
- Understanding SOP/SOA for specified customer and making up SOP in each sector
- Good command of written and spoken English skill [most important].
- Education College Degree.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Relevant job experience in managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required. Ability to delegate and multitask is a must.
Salary: 11,000,000vnd – 18,000,000vnd
- Working experience should be 2-5 years in airfreight division.
