1/ Air Freight Operations Assistant (Export)

· Creation of MBLD/HAWB
· Checking and monitoring of cargo availability
· Monitoring of BUP built up progress
· Attending to any shipment problems in relation to the BUP progress
· Closing of consolidation – printing of mawb and manifests
· Prepare Control Form for BUP shipments for lodge in
· Ensuring all shipments are lodge in on time for uplift
· Submission of FHL data for consol to USA under IATA mode
· Ensuring all weight amendment (if any) is done immediately once weight discrepancy is advised by the carrier
· Photocopying of all documents – hawb, mawb, manifest, invoices, packing lists – for pre alerts, billing and imaging
· Imaging of documents into E2K
· Sending of Pre alerts to Gateway of those required
· AWB recording for closed shipments
· Scanning of doc’s to HFE for data entry on timely and accurate
· Sending customer pre-alert as required by CS teams
· Indexing Export Cargo Receipt into imaging
· Indexing of POD into imaging
· Any other task assigned from time to time

2/ Air Freight Operations Assistant (Import)

· Perform ATDEST, TBN, RCVR, DLV and DM status on E2K
· Print out Mawb/manifest for clearance daily
· Coordinate and monitoring all import shipment clearance
· Break bulk consol by print out Hawb/Invoice/packing list for CS Team
· Prepare daily survey report perform at GHA terminal
· Tracing of Cargo and notification of Intent of Pre-claim to Airlines and GHA
· Liaise with Co-loader agent for collection, releasing and payment
· Agent to Agent COD report and Transshipment report for Export and Batam/JHB
· Closing of consolidation – printing of mawb and manifests
· Record and Validate DN to imaging after trade net submission
· Create shipment for Direct. ECB and co-loader shipment and also BTH/JHB trucking
· Update of POD for co-loader shipment and transshipment shipment and re-export
· Issuing cheque for payment to GHA/Agent and prepare summary report to Finance Department
· Summary of COD and Cheque report payment received from co-loader
· Timely submission of permit manifest to Customs via trade net
· Indexing of POD into imaging and sorting of photo’s of special cargo shipment
· Provide photo’s to CS team for those survey shipment and required
· Imaging all documents for Direct/ECB etc…if required
· Perform checklist update for Pharma shipment and imaged it
· Any other task assigned from time to time

1-2 years of experience in similar positions
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply; training will be provided. Previous internship in transportation & logistics companies or in customer service function will be a plus
Able to work under pressure
Diligent, detail oriented
Able to communicate in English
