Air Export Operation Specialist

- Receive the routing order/booking from customers/Logwin network & sales
- To follow up with overseas offices & customer to obtain the approval to deliver/uplift FCA/FOB/Exwork shipment.
- To follow up with sales/customer service or the local customer to obtain the approval to uplift prepaid shipments.
- To obtain the cost/buying rate and place booking with airlines
- To send the booking confirmation/delivery instruction to shipper.
- To issue MAWB instruction to airlines
- To input the shipment data & flight details in to Operating system, respectively on customer website , if required.
- To issue HAWB to shipper and related shipment documents after cargo uplifted.
- Generate completed pre-alert to overseas offices and related parties. Following up the flight schedule and updated timely to overseas offices and relevant parties.
- To check and book all related costs of the shipment into Operating system
- Co-ordinate with accounting to issue the invoices to shipper/consignee or overseas offices.
- Created completed jobs file for the shipment.
- To well co-ordinate with team work and self- motivated logistics experts with a clear focus on continuous growth and adherence to company rules and regulations.
- To have a clear focus on profitability and operation excellence.
- To establish and maintain a close co-operation with local and overseas colleagues and partners.
- To closely monitor performance of KPI’s as set by the organization and to strive for continuous improvement of the department’s performance.
- To issue monthly reports to the management
- To visit existing customers, especially key customers, on regular basis.
- To support sales and customer service whenever needed or requested.
- To independently handle all local and international customer inquiries/tenders and to ensure an on-time and complete response.
- To handle all claims (first steps of the claim process) as per company claim procedure/guidelines.

- Experience: at least 05 years of working experience in Air Export Department.
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Self-motivated, dedicated and hard working
- Good sense of customer service
- The ability to work under stress
- Sense of urgency, able to prioritize
- Nationality: Vietnamese
