Air Export/import Staff (Fresh Graduate Accepted)

- Handle export/import shipments ex Vietnam according to all given requirements and rules & regulations externally as well as internally
- Handle booking request from nominated & free hand customers (from sales department, destination, pricing team)
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operation procedure) and shipping instructions from destination team
- Liaise with booking team to secure space & arrange flight.
- Work with subcontractors if EXW services (pick up, customs clearance,...) is required.
- Send shipping instruction to Airport team for smooth handling at airport (prepare booking, weight note, label)
- Keep monitor cargo and update status in system
- Track and trace cargo till the last step.
- Upload shipping documents in system prior to cargo departed
- Daily profit checking
- Update cargo & documents status to customers and destination team
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers

- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields.
- Fresh Graduated is acceptable.
- Over 1~3-year experience working at Hanoi office / Forwarding - Logistics company.
- Good command of English.
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Be a team player, detailed and accurate
- Be dependable and truthful
- Be motivated and dedicated
- Have strong organizational, grammar and communication skills
