Mô tả công việc
• Giving technical advice of home refrigeration and air conditioning products to customers and Mitsubishi Electric Authorized Service Centers nationwide.
• Studying and training Authorized Service Centers for new technology of Mitsubishi Electric products to achieve top service quality.
• Analyzing defects on the markets, giving feedback and co-operating with manufacturers to improve product quality.
• Monitoring feedback from customers and Authorized Service Centers, and proposing improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
• Timeously reporting to management on defects or issues relating to product quality.
• Working closely with sales teams for technical support.
• Troubleshooting over the phone or at customer’s site.
• Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Thermal, Mechanical Technology or Electronic Engineering.
• Previous experiences in refrigerator, air conditioner manufacturing or service center are preferable.
• Deep understanding of thermal engineering and design principles.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, repairing & servicing of home refrigerator and air conditioner.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and engineering qualifications with outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
• Good organization, presentation and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Previous experiences in refrigerator, air conditioner manufacturing or service center are preferable.
