Air Conditioner/ Refrigeration Mechanic (2 Opening Positions)

Overview of duties
• Repair and maintain all Air Conditioner/ Refrigeration Mechanic services in the resort.

Main responsibilities

Customer relations
Uphold the Resort culture by demonstrating the Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates.

Professional techniques / Production
• Skills based in commercial and industrial refrigeration, including chillers and air conditioners.
• Experienced of installations and identifying faults and arrange the necessary repairs.
• Repair and maintain all refrigeration / air conditioning services in the resort.
• Adhere to the Engineering Department’s preventative maintenance strategy by performing all required works at the specified intervals.
• Perform any requirements in order to achieve compliance with the state / national legislation, and local laws.
• Perform testing and tagging as required and maintain logs.
• Assemble, install and test all components on both domestic and commercial equipment.
• Assist in any afterhours emergencies that may arise.
• Provide support of a specialist nature to the Chief Engineer / Assistant Engineer.
• Ensure employees are aware of their duty of care as determined by legislation and that they maintain complete familiarity.

Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
• Be well versed and knowledgeable of Lifestyle Resort Da Nang’s Fire and Evacuation procedures as well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace.
• Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related Lifestyle Resort Da Nang Policie

Profile
Education / Professional experience
• High school, Trade Qualification required.
• Experience TBA

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader. There is minimal direct supervision.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must have excellent leadership capability and customer relation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities
