BRINGING OUT THE BEST OF US TOGETHER
• The AIA RISER Program is an apprenticeship development programme to build a pool of dynamic, ambitious and talented people who propose and involve in strategic projects, learn and become the AIA future leaders.
• This is the tailored 2 years fast-track career program for fresh graduates or less than 2 years experience.
• This aims to build AIA next management generation with a strong capabilities and leadership skills.
WHAT RISER DOES
• Take charge of personal and professional development and drive mentoring relationship with Exco/mentor and Functional Manager as host
• Discuss with manager and agreed on development objectives through AIA Riser Program
• Follow up on action plan agreed with Program Manager

• Bachelor degree with 3.2/4 or 8/10 GPA record (with supporting documents)
• 0 – 2 years work experience
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Mobility
• Recorded active in social activities
• Good presentation, project management, critical thinking & interpersonal skills
• Business mindset with potential leadership
