As the demand to provide financial institutions with the best solution, we are looking for an experienced AI/Machine Learning Leader for setting up AI/ML team, researching and applying Machine Learning techniques to our product. At Aperia, we own the product as well as various data from many big financial institutions, which is a big advantage for us to maintain and improve the system during the whole life cycle.
As a AI/Machine Learning Leader, you will have opportunities to work directly with some experts in AI/ML to help build our internal team and cooperate with them to create effective solutions within an acceptable time span.
** Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with AI/ML experts to build the internal team
- Coach and mentor the team to help them understand ML techniques
- Building Machine Learning models using your expertise
- Implementing Machine Learning algorithms and model training
- Testing and monitoring Machine Learning system
As a AI/Machine Learning Leader, you will have opportunities to work directly with some experts in AI/ML to help build our internal team and cooperate with them to create effective solutions within an acceptable time span.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum Qualification
+ Ability to answer and identify product questions using appropriate statistical/ML techniques on available data
+ Substantial experience with statistics and the scientific method, and the ability to perform self-directed hypothesis-driven research
+ Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naïve Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc
+ Experience with large data sets and data visualization tools.
+ Fluency with at least one scripting language (Python or PHP)
+ Proficiency in using data query languages such as SQL, Pandas, MongoDB.
+ Communication and leadership experience.
- Preferred Qualification
+ Advanced degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or related quantitative field or equivalent experience.
+ A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data.
+ Experience with build and deploy scalable ML product.
