II. Key Organizational Relationships
Report to : R&D Crops Manager
Supervise : N/A
III. Summary of responsibilities
This position will provide knowledge and technologies to farmers, implement input test and support team activities in location
IV. Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Support sale admin for input orders in Moc Chau and surrounding
Implement input trials in Moc Chau and surrounding
Arrange field visits for local farmers to introduce about new technologies
Support farmers for record keeping
Support other activities in in Moc Chau and surrounding
Location : Moc Chau, Son La

Desired qualifications:
Minimum Educational Requirement:
Graduated from college/university of Horticulture/Agriculture (BSc)
Language:
Excellent in both verbal and written Vietnamese
English communication and writing skills are an advantage
Special Skills Required:
At least 1-year experience with vegetable production
Good communication skills (with local farmers)
A strong passion to learn and develop new items in Horticulture
Basic word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
Trustworthy
Personal attributes:
Enjoy working in an authentic working environment with transparency & passion
