The vacancy for trial Coordinator in Southern provinces
Rijk Zwaan Viet Nam is committed to develop the vegetable industry through introduction and promotion of high quality varieties as well as modern horticulture technical transfer: To contribute to our development, particularly in the sub-tropical climate of Southern provinces, we have a vacancy for a motivated trial specialist able to choose and introduce improved varieties to the market.

Within this role, the main responsibility is implementation of successful trials. This mean that you will be in charge on finding growers, do trial set-up and full monitoring, reporting of results, participation to trial analysis with crop specialists and breeders. You will work in close co-operation with several colleagues in Rijk Zwaan, both in and outside Vietnam.

We are looking for an organized person, with passion for modern agriculture and ability to judge on performance of varieties. A good network in South Vietnam vegetable industry, vegetable growing knowledge and understanding market demand are highly appreciated.

In this role, you will travel extensively in all South Vietnam depending on trials location and main growing areas (North HCMC, Mekong delta, East HCMC).

We are seeking a trial coordinator with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, good level of English
- Good organization skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to learn fast and transfer knowledge
- Some level of experience in greenhouse farming

Furthermore, you are a team player with strong communication skills, willing to receive and share information with colleagues and customers in order to create an efficient network of partners in your area. Being an independent person with self-starting attitude is crucial for that position.
