The vacancy for Product Development Specialist, in North Area
Rijk Zwaan Viet Nam is committed to develop the vegetable market through introduction and promotion of high quality varieties as well as modern horticulture technical transfer : www.rijkzwaan.vn.
To contribute to our development, particularly in the greenhouse industry, we have a vacancy for a motivated sales person to maintain and develop the market in North Viet Nam provinces.
Within this role, your main responsibilities are sales of our current varieties and support product development of new varieties. We are looking for a colleague who is motivated to help growers improve their crop and business. Next to maintaining existing market share, you develop new opportunities by increasing contact with growers and setting-up commercial trials as well as supporting breeding trials in your area.
By using your technical and sales knowledge, your communication skills, you link with key partners and prove added value of the Rijk Zwaan varieties in your area. You will work in close co-operation with several colleagues from South-East Asia organization and internationals.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, good level of English
- A passion for helping growers
- Experience in greenhouse farming is highly appreciated
- At least 3 years of successful experience as agronomist or agriculture related sales
Furthermore you are a team player with strong communication and organization skills. You are pro-active in making suggestions for business opportunities and like challenges. Being an independent person with self-starting attitude is crucial for that position.
