Support survey tasks with farmer groups producing sustainable coffee, collect data on demo plots and report real field situation;
Support procurement of certified coffee;
Coordinate projects;
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sustainability and Project Activities
1. In charge of field surveys linked to certification & projects
2. Collect data linked to farmers and coffee farming in Arabica region (mainly Lac Duong district)
3. Report data collection progress to Agronomist and director
4. Collect feedback from farmers and suggest the solution to develop and maintain for the activities of sustainable coffee groups.
5. Monitor coffee demo plots with regular data collection on the farms (plant measurements and pictures)
6. Run the interviews to collect data with farmers on common used shade trees, planting practices and benefits
7. Work with the farmer group leaders to make sure data is collected on time, and activities follow project deadlines
8. Be ready to join other activities followed by BOD instruction.

c. Monitor and support collecting and updating data on SMS Integrity;
Be well responsible for executing assigned tasks, respecting deadlines and reporting the situation & results to the BOD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: College/ University Degree in agricultural major.
Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of planting technology, cultivating, harvesting, processing, and storing coffee.
A minimum understanding of the UTZ, Rainforest, 4C, C.A.F.E. Practices Standard/ Code of Conduct is a plus.
