Agriculture Technician: Working In Lam Dong (Khu Công Nghiệp Phú Hội, Đức Trọng, Lâm Đồng)

- Execute the sustainability programs based on the Group´s strategy in order to reach the required volumes.

* General Functions
- Execute internal verification to ensure compliance with the requirements of the sustainability program.
- Execute training plan for farmers to ensure knowledge is transmitted and best practices are implemented.
- Supervise team leader and farmers to ensure compliance with internal control system.
- Document field information for farmers, partner mills and sustainability programs, for decision making.
- Perform crop estimation for decision making.

*Internal communication:
- All Mercafe Departments : To review processes to make sure they comply with sustainability requirements.

*External communication:
- Farmers and Team Leaders: To provide and follow up technical advice on GAPs and sustainability standards
- Partner mills: to assist in the implementation of sustainability programs.

* Knowledge
- Bacherlor´s degree: Agronomist or similar
- Sustainability certifications as UTZ, 4C, RA, ISO
- Microsoft office: excel, power point
- Good agricultural practices (GAP)

*Experience
- At least 1 year in sustainability with agricultural practices, certification and farmers relationships
- Experience in conducting farmers' training
- Experience in certification

*OTHER SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skills
- Good teamwork
- Learning agility
