Agency Recovery Manager (Collection Manager)

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility of the Collections Manager is to manage the losses/delinquency of the banking portfolios and to support all the administrative functions in the unit.
 Managing the Third Party Agencies (TPM) in ensuring their activities adherence to Citi standards
 Managing the Recovery team to meet the Recovery plan number/ROR
 Managing the total Collections expenses including Third party commission/fee
 Managing Field Visit team in enhancing the contactability and hence minimize the loss
 In coordinating with relevant stakeholders to develop and execute collections strategy
 Playing the critical role in managing Collections System, Projects, MIS, etc…
 Managing Collections MCA/QAF and other control and compliance aspects
 Building morale and ensuring teamwork
 Monitoring and coaching individual staff performance.
 Building bench strength and grooming potential staff to become Team Leader’s and Supervisors
 Motivating and facilitating staff with career progression moves (within & outside the division)
 Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and the management team

REQUIREMENTS
 Over 4 years demonstrated experience leading and managing a Recoveries Unit
 Knowledge of Consumer Banking
 Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
 Proven experience in leading a team
 High energy level, motivated and results oriented
 Self motivated, pro-active with a proven ability to work independently under pressure and with high efficiency
