Objective of the position
“Client relationships with a Wow-factor”
• Manage, coordinate, training and support technicians to fulfill daily tasks.
• Support Service Manager in resolving urgent cases.
• Support customers enthusiastically.
Description of tasks
- Manage, coordinate, support technicians to fulfill daily tasks.
- Update quickly knowledge about technical specifications of company’s products
- Resolve urgent requests from customers.
- Supervise technicians‘ daily tasks, follow company procedures and policies
- Training for technicians about new products, recommend solutions for technical requests.
- Provide on-site and mobilephone technical support: installing instruction, how to handle common errors; how to install properly hardwares, fittings, electronic locks, light systems, sanitary products base on technical specifications.
- Recommend customers whether accessories repair or replacement is a better choice.
- Instruct customers regarding operation and care of appliances, and provide information such as emergency service numbers.
- Testing and consulting if there is any fault in installation that affects directly to products.
- Inform sellers if the products need to be change to other ones.
- Write installation/repair reports which records working progress, result with customer’s signature.
- Support salespeople, customers, partners about technical (Installation parameters, positions and the minimum requirements for appliances to work well).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated technical college or university about Construction/ Mechanics/ Electronics.
- Minimum of 3 years experiences in the construction field or repair of houses, buildings
• Product: Knowledge of reading technical specifications, drawings and models.
• Construction: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction, repairing of furniture, houses, buildings.
• Quality Control Analysis: Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
• Product Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
• Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Knowledge of machines and tools: including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate well by English (both speaking and writing).
- Resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Hard-working, enthusiastic.
- Confident, honest and willing to learn.
- The ability to work under high pressure.
- Understanding of the principles of operation of each product.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Can work over time (if require).
