Aftersales Parts & Service Executive

* Daily Tasks:
1. Consults with dealership management about vehicle repair capability that supports high quality vehicle repairs
2. Help solve dealers complex and difficult concerns
3. Share technical information and emerging concerns
4. Approve warranty repairs
5. Communicate directly with dealer Service Manager, SA and technicians regarding technical concerns and submit report to Regional Aftersales.
6. Monitor and maintain database of Daily Performance, Service Intake, and aftersales revenue
7. Upload Bulletins to MAIS (Motor Image Aftersales Information System).
8. Assists Dealer Service & Parts enquiries on technical assistance and parts support thru the direction of Regional Aftersales.
9. Replies to daily enquiries received from the dealer network thru WhatsApp chat or Line chat.
10. Motivate, analyse and counsel dealers parts and service operations to attain business plan, wholesale purchase, sales objectives and dealer profitability
11. Act as first level of support to assist and resolve dealer concerns related to Service and Parts.
12. Visit dealer 2X a month.

* Weekly Tasks:
1. Review Work-In-Progress (WIP) Report of Dealers
2. Review weekly dealer KPI performance with Parts & Service Director/Manager.
3. Give consultation to dealers on the outcome of their Aftersales KPI results and suggest recommendations to improve performance.
4. Review and check with Dealers for possible concerns encountered the previous week in order to come up with specific solutions.
5. Set meeting with dealers on issues and concerns affecting to aftersales operations and parts supply.
6. Track dealerships recall completion rate.
7. Provide assistance to technical and customer related concerns and submit summary report to Regional Aftersales.
8. Review weekly dealer parts metrics/report.
9. Monitor dealer parts back-orders and report back to Regional Parts.
10. Monitor dealer parts inventory and discuss with dealer parts manager recommendations to improved fill-rate to customers.

* Monthly Tasks:
1. Conduct Aftersales and Parts process-related training as needed by the dealer service personnel.
2. Implement aftersales SOP and guidelines
3. Submit to Regional Aftersales monthly Dealer KPI Performance Report (service intake, aftersales revenues, parts wholesales, parts fill rate, etc..)
4. Communicate finalized Revenue Performance for the month with respective dealerships.
5. Conduct warranty audit, facility inspection and parts inventory review on a monthly basis
6. Discuss with dealership parts & service managers on action plans as result of dealer audit conducted and agree on set timelines on how to achieve the desired outcome.
7. Set-up plans with Dealers on recall campaigns completion and submit monthly report to regional aftersales.
8. Guide dealers on what service promotional and seasonal campaigns to offer in order to increase customer retention and dealer’s profitability.
9. Attend meetings with aftersales team to review open issues, standing concerns, and problems encountered. Determine proper action plan on how to prevent or resolve issues.
10. Update and set-up dealer parts catalog and share parts bulletin notifications
11. Promote parts and accessories to dealers to increase sales and educate them on the importance of adequate inventory
12. Prepare and consolidate all relevant reports required by aftersales service & parts…

o 2-5 years of experience in automotive service
o Strong problem solving skills, resolve complaints skills
