Aftersales Manager

To achieve company’s business objectives through improving dealers’ technicians’ skill, productivity and quality that can provide customers with value
• To monitor & evaluate dealers’ technicians’ skill, productivity, efficiency and quality
• To develop training action plan and conduct the training plan
• To carry out Post training follow up
• To support dealers to improve dealers’ technicians’ skill, productivity, efficiency and quality
• To support dealer to handling the technical problem from customer
• To support technical document development
• To support dealer operation officer during dealers operation assessment & improvement
Manage & Processing warranty system

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering
• Facilities and equipment for service
• Excellent sociability, customer service skill and communication skill
• Strong training skill and coaching skill
• Strong command of spoken and written Vietnamese & English.
• Analytical, problem solving and able to coach
• Possess strong project management, presentation & communication skills
• Understanding of service business, basic financial and marketing knowledge
• Understanding of aftersales operation process as an added advantage.
• Possess good inter personal skills, confidence and courteous.
• Ability to multi-task, strong team player and able to work independently & under pressure
• Familiar usage of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
