Aftersales Manager

- Manage the daily activities and performance of After Sales.
- Ensure completion of daily After Sales and ensure that all productivity goals are met or exceeded.
- Hire, train and manage After Sales supervisors for the effective oversight and management of After Sales on a day-to-day basis.
- Train, motivate, and lead after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets.
- Install support capacity to ensure After Sales effectiveness in After Sales management.
- Perform and conduct performance evaluations, monitor and track employee attendance, complete
disciplinary actions/meetings and all other required documentation relating to performance management.
- Monitor productivity, service targets for vendors.
- Conduct investigations for accidents and property damage claims.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with employees, co-workers, and management.
- Oversee personnel needs of the line of business to ensure an adequately trained workforce to meet collection requirements is maintained.
- Align with PSC and Vendor Management to improve the effective operations.
- Other duties as assigned by direct manager.

- At least 3 years of working experience in Delivery/Transportation/Logistics, preferred in B2C logistics.
Preferably Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Candidate is able to “put out fires” by strong communication and negotiation skill
- Comfortable in interacting with multi levels
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good at budget planning and evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese
- Having built and lead a large team
- Self-started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive and hard working. Can-do mentality – Do not take no for an answer
