Mô tả công việc
Rights:
• Full Authority on Bonus Policy implementation / staff incentive program and adjustment as necessary
• Full Authority to set up internal service procedure (parts/customer advisor/technician)
• Full Authority to issue incident reports and warning letters to staff
• Full Authority on staff recruitment request and validation based on validated budget
• Full Authority on service staff replacement/termination
• Cooperate with Branch Service to complete JDs of all positions of Service Department
• Full Authority in setting up KPIs for Service Department and for staffs per quarter/year
• Full Authority on Discount to customer / partner (as per policy in place)
• Full Authority on Parts and Service Operation
• Full Authority on Customer care decision (as per policy in place)
Duties:
All Authorities listed above applies under the following conditions:
1. Reports to Importer provided on regular basis as per company policy and manufacturer policy in effect
2. Reports to BOD and importer After Sales Manager for all cases outside of policy in effect
3. All decisions must be coordinated with importer BEFORE implementation

• University Degree, in field: business development, Mechanical, Car Mechanical
• Experience from 5 years and above, in level Supervisor, Manager, After - Sales Service Advisor
• Good English communication, Presentation, Management, Time Management Skills
• Good Customer Service Skill and Mindset
• Patient and Integrity
• Can work under high pressure.
• University Degree, in field: business development, Mechanical, Car Mechanical
