- Optimize and improve local service network, finding new service partners and introducing corporate standards
- Propose and forecast budget
- Analyze department performance and propose new program for warrantee service
- Support sales promotion with marketing team
- Increase spare parts market share
- Increase service contracts; customer satisfaction
- Define and controls KPIs to achieve company objectives
- Identify weak points in the market and share best practices
- Increase customer satisfaction and client relationship
- Collect end user data

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial, etc.)
- 10+ years same experience in consumer electronics/automotive/sanitary/home appliance
- Very good technical skill
- Experience in managing teams of 20+ employees
- English Knowledge.
