After Sales Service Supervisor Parts & Services Senior Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

The After-Sales Service SupervisorParts & Services Senior Specialist is responsible for the after-sales department of fixed operations or the general management to build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results. Runs the after-sales department efficiently and in a profitable manner, by managing personnel efficiently and obtaining customer loyalty, containing costs, attaining objectives and maintaining all after-sales department records and ensures that the time the technicians are available is sold to the maximum.

This position is based in Hanoi

RESPONSIBILITIES
The employee is responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:

1. ASC Supporter
• Daily claims entry, monitor and push pending cases
• Monthly ASC fee calculation & payment
• Technician salary checking and calculation
• Parts sale; support parts forecasting, parts sale order
• Service MKT: plan and prepare service MKT campaigns; service PR activities (plan & execution); execute customer care campaign with field teams

2. CS Quality Controller
• Carry out monthly evaluation (ASC, technician), issue detection & improving action follow-up
• Validation: monitor, report & follow audit checklist
• KPI monitoring & issue detection based on data analysis; improving action follow-up
• Field visit audit execution if needed (ASC, technician)
• Happy call unmatched data checking & follow - up

- At least 4 years’ experience in customer service (electronics field is preferred)
- Electronics service center management and/or network development experience will be an absolute advantage.
- Experience in internal control is preferred
- Excellent data analysis, good communication skills
- Creative thinking, good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office application (excel, power point, etc…)
- University graduated or equivalent
