After Sales Senior Manager

TikiNow Smart logistics aftersales is a business, product, operational, program, software engineering and data teams, that manages the life of a returned or damaged product from a customer to the warehouse and on to its next best use.

We develop world-class product support to help customers keep what they buy; we work from the customer backward to find ways to make the return experience remarkably delightful and easy.

In this role, you will be joining the fulfilment and operations team, focusing on Tiki return locations. For this, we are looking for someone with excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, and communication skills. Joining this team gives you the opportunity to develop a world-class customer experience whilst minimizing returns.

Competitive applicants will have a background in transportation, program management, vendor negotiations, and analytical experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the business, operational stakeholders and third parties and after sales team to manage returns from an end to end perspective

• Liaison, and host Weekly Business Reviews with Retail partners and customers

• Collaborate with transportation technology teams to launch new programs and problem solve

LINE MANAGER
This position will report directly to Vice President of Operations (expat)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, supply chain, retail management and returns
• Experience working with tech teams to build technology-based tools/solutions
• Proven ability to drive decisions through data and analytics
• High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good English skills
