1. Merchandising management:
- Supervise the receiving and delivery of goods.
- Check PA Zero process to control the inventory.
- Control the exchange, return, transfer of goods and internal consumption.
- Control the delivery process for customers - collect money later.
- Practice safe rules and 5S.
- Control stock-take process monthly and annually.
- Human resources management: submit the periodic report and working plan for employees.

2. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

3. Other duties
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager or Line Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
- University/College degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail industry during which 1 year in manager position (including at least 5 members).

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Good command of English (verbal & written).
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Soft skills: teamwork, leadership, analyzing, presentation and problem solving skill.

Other Requirements:
- Japanese proficiency is a plus.
- Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays.
- Have ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company’s assignment is a plus.
