Mô tả công việc
- Support end-user request relating to PC, laptop, application.
- Support user problem in IT scope in case the others absent (Internet, MS office, access system, printing...)
- Support user in HHT devides, utiities.
- Implement POS installation & testing related funtions.
- Implement & maintainance store server & network as IT planning.
- Coordinate wwith vendor to finalize requirement & support end-user.
- Maintain technical knowledge related our suite of hardware & software product solution.
- Setup, configure & test hardware & software components.
- Keep track the status of sales system, promotion program-loyalty system daily batch & handle the faults.
- Train end-user the procedure & applications related to the sales system, promotion program-loyalty system & POS.
- Provide training to user regarding to hardware, software & troubleshooting techniques.
- Cooperate with or support other member in IT team to record all user request & follow up/deal with open request.
- Documentation (report, parameter, manual,etc...)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 2 years working as IT position in Retail industry.
- General knowledge about 1 IT system: structure, composition, dataflow.
- Good knowledge of other ralated technologies (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, Voice).
- Candidate who has Technical Certification (CCNA/CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP) is an advantage.
- Good knowledge about POS environment in retail market & loyalty system application.
- Good knowledge server HP, IBM, Lenovo.
- Have experience in designing, implementing & administrating Active Directory server, File server, Antivirus, Backup software/hardware.
- Ideal Technical Experience in Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Ideal Technical Experience in Storage - NAS & SAN.
- Strong computing skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet.
- Has good schedule management skill & communication skill.
- Has ability to study & research new technologies.
- Able to handle multi-task.
- Documentation, Communication & Reporting skill.
- Good communication with customer/users, coworker & partners.
- Resoning ability: ability to define problem. Ability to solve practical problems & deal with difficult situations.
- Strong motivation for getting customer satisfactions.
