- Establish relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate solutions for our customers.
- Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
- Find opportunities and build credibility with customers; and increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your defined area.
- Develop and maximize Yokogawa presence and market share in designated accounts.
- Maintain key executive relationships. Consistently identify new business opportunities for sustained profitable growth.
- Help drive integrated solutions sales that bring together both hardware and software products
- Contribute to the larger team through the application of new products, principles, theories, and concepts in your field of expertise to develop unique solutions for customers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from Technology University
- Experience: 3-5 years in Automation Business
- Background: Electrical, Electronic or Automation
- English: Speaking and Writing skills
We value:
- Experience in working/or selling L3 (APC, OTS Solutions, Simulation solutions) and/or L4 solutions such as MES, Supply Chain, IIOT Solutions, Industry 4.0, etc.
- Experience in working/or selling software solutions delivered through Cloud, SaaS, and traditional software commercial models.
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Understanding of Pricing Strategy and negotiating terms and conditions, price with customers.
- Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated leader with a mature, positive attitude and a passion for working with customers to drive outcomes.
